Heat 4 setup

I have deleted all inputs and set all wheel and pedal setting and my gas pedal is backwards input don,t see how to change that and have now no way to move from gameplay to other options like driving input mapping ect. Any help or do I have to reinstall game

When you set your gas pedal input, did you follow the instructions to calibrate it?

Thanks for reply I did not see calibrate and I need to find a way to be able to move thru gameplay to inputs ect to try to change things ???

When you set your gas and brake inputs in Options->Input Mapping, it runs you through a short calibration (tells you when to press the pedal down). Did you do that?

Now the game will not let move thru the tabs to check or change inputs I have uninstalled and reinstalled game still the same what do i do

Go to c:\users\<username>\NASCAR Heat 4 and delete the "Config" folder. This will reset your input mappings to default so you can start again.

If you have a Thrustmaster TX, then make sure the button on the left side of the base is red. If it's green then hold it for a few seconds until it turns red. Green is for Xbox

Thanks for reply and help info I did get it my fanatec wheel and pedals working right and with alot of tweaking got the game running good this is a very good inprovement over the last one

I'm having pedal assignment issues too. I have Logitech G920 wheel. When I calibrated it everything was responding fine. In the game clutch is gas, gas is full on reverse. PC version.

It is a little tricky and confusing for sure. They don't really tell you they are calibrating, but when you select the throttle in order to map it, there is a message that pops up, and I think it says to push all the way down.. then return.. (I'm sorry I'm not sure exactly what the wording was).. but it took me several tries to get my gas pedal to not be backwards.. I hope someone can explain better.
