There are a few areas that look like vacant lots to build on, so I'm guessing this is in the future.
Lot of wild statements here with no grounding. So I'll waste this morning's development time to entertain you.
"Just like previous games by the dev". So I've spoken publicly about this, but I literally do not have access to Jalopy to continue working on it anymore (https://www.eurogamer.net/burnt-out-by-a-collapsed-publisher-relationship-and-abuse-over-a-game-he-didnt-make-the-creator-of-jalopy-is-trying-to-move-on). The publisher dropped me and Jalopy to hire their friends to work on Road to Guangdong. Not sure how I can return to the game when I don't have access to the files or the Steam backend. I didn't abandon Jalopy, the publisher abandoned it.
Now let's look at what I can work on, Landlord's Super. The last update I pushed was Mon 13th June 2022, 7:46pm BST (https://steamcommunity.com/games/1127840/announcements/detail/3362513919245607354). Since that update I've shared what I'm working (Pnumatic tools & Mobile Compressor) on next on the 15th June 2022 (https://twitter.com/MinskWorks/status/1537158551784853505?s=20&t=jYxe-2hNjoAmNlQyFf_dzQ).
Last major update - Grafter Update Wed 1st June 2022 (https://steamcommunity.com/games/1127840/announcements/detail/3362513285069101759)
Before that? Free Build update Mon 14th Feb 2022 (https://steamcommunity.com/games/1127840/announcements/detail/4346539758977317454).
Previous updates also include the Furniture update, the Painting & Decorating update & the Lout update.
Still to come include the Yuppie update, the Power tools update, Localisation, new game+, ending states and more.
The third (3rd) road map can be found here : (https://minskworks.net/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/unnamed-1024x818.png)
Each and every month for the last few years I've written and shared a newsletter involving players in what's being worked on. I'm completely open with regards to development. You can join the discord and ping me and I will reply or even take a look at your save right away.
Landlord's Super is not a hit, it's not a money making game. We're out-marketed and out muscled by many other construction simulators out there. Yet I'm committed and determined to delivering beyond what was originally promised.
There isn't even a release date for the game yet, and work is being done every day and night on the project.
So with the above information, explain to me what gives you the right to make such a clown statement like this? With the examples of previous, current and future progress above, I don't even understand the frustration?
What is it you want? If you have a bug, send it to me via greg@misnkworks.net and I'll fix it. If you have a feature request, the Discord has a dedicated Suggestions room. But if you actually want to help the game then stop posting nonsense like this on the steam community and champion the game, share it and help it get more players to help it get a bigger and better future. Burying the game in negativity isn't helping you or the project.
The community is also very active on the Minskworks Discord, and there are often lots of events/news from the community.
(MinskWorks forgot to put an invite for the Discord, so here it is[discord.gg], and here is a Tumblr where every mounth, Minskworks post a devlog[minskworks.tumblr.com]
IT IS A HIT. IT IS WORTH EVERY F. SINGLE PENNY. I dont now any game that have such a depth into working things like your Game. Builder Simulator? HAHA. No. That game is like you take an egg and throw it against a wall.
You know me, iam a huge fan and You don't have to be triggered by those guys like that.
My reply was specifically to Mighty's lazy assumption (or hope, it seems) that the game won't reach it's full potential.
For your original request, the current roadmap can be viewed here : https://minskworks.net/2022/03/01/march-3/
As for the rest of your inquiries, we're a tiny outfit so funding is determined by player interest (hence long Early Access periods). So it will come down to me balancing the books at the end of this road map and seeing what feature support we can afford. Sorry I can't be more clear, I really don't want to just blindly lie.
I agree. I have been enjoying the game, and love what you've done with it.
This comment has convinced me to buy this game and support this dev. I wish more devs were as honest and upfront as you sir. I will tell everyone about the game and I hope it goes mainstream soon!
lol another scam project then
