Bug: Anchor tavern wall

The broken wall outside the anchor tavern, Placing mortar on it doesn't quite, sit right, its about half a brick off inwards.

It will be fixed once it is implemented as a job opportunity further down the line in a content update. Don't worry about it for now. :-)
