How do i access the Brick Bolster in Tool Belt?

I found the tool used to cut the bricks, It's called a brick bolster.
I purchased one and upon purchasing and clicking on it the tool was put it in my work belt yet i can't seem to access it to use. Any idea why, has anyone used the tool yet or had issues taking from the tool belt?

When i look straight down and move side to side all i see in on left is tape player and note pad, zipper at center, and hammer on my right side.

Any help would be much appreciated seeing i am at a complete stop now.

It only appears when you click & hold on a brick or tile to split them, it's not selectable on its' own... :)

OK thanks. I also found that you can simple hit a brick with hammer and it splits it in two.
But i am frustrated at this point because i am spending way to much time trying to figure out how to mix the concrete and mortar and it comes out weak every time. wish they had instructions i am about done with this.
