what does my plot need to have to start seeing better tenants?

Size of the property being increased, the furnishings being higher-end, more unnecessary trinkets dotted about inside (particularly for the Yuppie class tenants), etc...

can you be more specific? how big does the property have to be? higher end furnishings, what's the minimum for the next tenant?

The main goals are 200SqM size minimum, a second floor & staircase and property value of £20k to unlock the Grafter tenants, and for the Yuppie tenants it's 300SqM and £30k, the value of the property being increased by size, how it's built, what doors & windows are used, and of course what and how much furniture is inside... :)
