Derelict house.. and how is development going?

Hi there,

I just started out and went to the job office. I took the job from Jimmy and he told me he's waiting just outside the derelict house.. but frankly I wandered around the town all day and can't find him. There also does not seem to be a map.. where is the place I am supposed to meet up with Jimmy?

Also how is development going? I've red a few topics down that after you finish building the house, there basically is nothing. Are there any incoming content patches? It has been over a year of EA as far as I can tell, what do you expect on how low until we can progress from that point?

go up the hill, the road starting between the job center and the junk lady. You'll find him outside on the sidewalk to your right.
Did you read the comments from the developer blog on the game screen once you select it from your library? Adding walls, additional floors sounds pretty interesting...

I have done the jobs, rebuilt the house, you then get tenants that can move in and then you have the loan/debt to pay off. There are only poor tenants I think so don't go too crazy making the place nice as they wreck it! I did around 200+ lots of Washing up at the pub to pay it off. Madness! Anyway once the debt is paid off the game gives you a message to wait for the next updates/expansions. So you can if you want build up some more cash to get started when it arrives.

after you finish building the house
Tenants break things and you rebuild.
You try to stay ahead of them breaking things and improve the furnishings, better walls, fixtures, cement, concrete, etc to get better tenants.
That's the never ending game loop.
