scooping cement with trowel
i cant get the cement on the board with the trowel. i have a weak mix in the mixer but when i go to use the trowel it wont scoop onto the board thing.

I used to bags of sand, one bag of concrete, and ABOUT 4 L of water

There is cement, wich is the ingredient you buy

There is concrete wich is a mix of cement/sand/aggregate used at foundations

There is mortar wich is cement plus sand(no aggregate at all) and is used for brick laying

Wich one you made?
