Spoilers ahead (be sure you have completed all 5 chapters)
After I've completed the game I've decided to read some Girls Frontline wiki to get more info about that world. But for some reason it says there that operation bakery was failed and nothing is said about Lusica. So the ending of Reverse Collapse is non canon or what?

Yeah, technically the Bakery Operation is failed. That's why 2 years later, they attack again with Operation Kindle.

Lusica doesnt exist at all until 2092 to be in GFL.You probably read the pre remake codename bakery story from the wiki.

No, I've just searched for GFL timeline

Much of the wiki currently works with the old lore from the original Bakery Girl (which can be played with the 2092R easter egg in this game) and from early GFL artbooks. Reverse Collapse dramatically changed the story from the original story of Bakery Girl, most notably with the inclusion of the Shrikes, parallel timelines, and Lusica. The concepts of parallel worlds and the supernatural elements of Relic Technology seen in Reverse Collapse was introduced in prequel GFL.

Yeah, I've noticed that reverse collapse operation bakery takes place later than both GFL 1 and GFL 2. Somewhy ive thought GFL1 was before bakery and GFL2 after. Since both GFL 1 and GFL 2 are 20-30 years earlier than bakery, devs can easily change the lore. In addition, what is operation kindle? Nothing apart from Bakery and Tinder are on net, cant find anything about kindle

Operation Kindle was mentioned within those early GFL artbooks, which was a continuation of the story after the end of Bakery Girl. Much like how Reverse Collapse ended, Jefuty separated from Mendo and got recaptured by the URNC. Operation Kindle was a second rescue operation by the AU to rescue Jefuty from a URNC facility. If a Reverse Collapse sequel is in the works, Operation Kindle will most definitely be the story template that the devs will work with.

I just reread your comment and realized you already mentioned Tinder. Operation Kindle and Tinder are one and the same. Its just alternative translations of the original Chinese.
