Problems with Erekir
I like the Erekir campaign over Serpulo, but I still have some problems with it. Mostly these two levels:

- Intersect (AKA Spider H*ll)
- Basin (AKA Spider H*ll Part 2)

Before reading forward please keep in mind that I just beat Basin, so the stuff past there will probably not be brought up.

This is heavy WIP, so keep that in mind as well.

General Issues:
The turrets are too weak and too far between. I know Erekir is supposed to be focused on the units, but (at least in my experience) it is very hard to get a reasonable number of units up before the enemy starts attacking on most maps.

Breach is almost completely useless against even the most basic of tier 2 enemies. I know this because I was fielding as many Breaches as I could run at once against the second half of Basin and they got overrun immediately because Locuses have too much HP for them to handle and Averts can destroy their Beryllium supplies from far away enough that the turret can't put a dent in them. (Yes, I am salty.)

Diffuse is also almost completely useless in the early game, as there is almost never enough Graphite to go around, and Silicon is used for like two dozen things so you need to spend most of it on Silicon (and ships, to a lesser degree)

Sublimate is unlocked too late compared to the other turrets, at least in my book. I haven't used it before because stuck on Basin (on which neither of the other turrets are useful)

Walls are basically an illusion as soon as you get to Intersect, as Tank enemies (the only ones who are affected by them) are not the main threat from there on.

Level Problems

Intersect
This level starts simple, with wave 2 throwing the Merui at your face. These guys will end up dooming you if you use walls as a key part of your strategy, as walls are basically not a thing for them.

By wave 4, it's just Merui spam even though this is the first time you see them, and walls are ineffective against them.

Diffuse is your best anti-Merui weapon at that point and it drains too much Graphite for ammo, crippling your building and production.

Then wave 8 arrives and the game starts throwing tier 2 Averts at you, despite having no concept of what an upgraded unit even is on Erekir at this point. This is just bad game design, made worse because you don't unlock them for another 3 (?) levels after that, IMO.

Basin
The first half of this level is slow due to the fact that Breaches will eviscerate Stells if you don't wait for a while to create an army of them, and that the enemy has Sublimate. You can't counter with upgraded units until you kill their eastern base because that's where the Tungsten is.

Then comes the part where your base gets nuked and FOUR enemy bases spawn in, beginning to spawn a ridiculous number of T2 units for the fact that they were introduced 1 level ago. Also, more Averts wrecking your supply lines, and you can barely do anything about them. These guys will overwhelm you if you don't know that they are coming (which you can't unless you look at outside resources) and wait approximately 1 hour (Man, this game needs a fast forward option) for an army of Clerois and Locuses to build up, all while still having to play due to being pestered by Stells.

here's some more problems i encountered.

Lake
-ok this sector should be high threat, since elude's dps is absolute ♥♥♥♥ and the malis keep rebuilding breach turrets, also no tungsten

Caledra
-lake 2 - more hellish hellhole

Peaks
-the worst sector, instantly throwing 5 bazillion averts on you as soon as you build 1 breach

Stronghold
-i get this is a t3 introduction sector but cmon it's too hard

Siege
-comes right after crevice, a chill survival sector and trust me siege is bad since the arkycite is located at the right side of the map which is walled off, also 90% of the sector is in the scathe range so obliteration is very likeley

Crossroads
-siege 2: this time with obiviates

Origin
-way too long + way too difficult

Erekir desc. literally says it's harder than Serpulo and Serpulo gets pretty hard so...

Not sure why you have so much troubles. My defence on both basin and intersect consists only of breach turrets fed by beryllium. 5-6 on intersect and 10-12 on basin
