How I rotate a structure?

How I can rotate a structure? For example a conveyor?

I've been playing Mindustry on an iPad, and in 4 or 5 sessions I've gotten into a mode or situation where the flip/rotate/save pane wouldn't appear - all that showed was the cancel button. I'm absolutely certain it happened but have no clue what caused/causes it and cannot intentionally duplicate the behavior.

The first couple of times this happened, I think I restarted the game. The most recent time, the rotate pane appeared after I used the copy icon/function. Dunno if that will work every time. (For that matter, dunno if anyone but me has seen the issue.)

Note: for simple structures like factories, you can set orientation with the same arrow you use for conveyors. But for schematics you need that extra pane.
