Not able to bind keys

So I got an ideazon fang and the 1 and 3 buttons are keypad 1 and keypad 3. Also not able to change them since windows dont support the drivers for it any longer. Im not able to rebind to them in the game which sucks. I know I could fix it by using auto hotkey but I would prefer if I didnt have to. So would be great if this was adressed.

The number keys map as numpad keys? If so, they should work, as number keys are supported. Note that numpad number keys now map to number keys.[github.com]

I know this is an old thread, but I just picked up the game. As a left-mouser, I do not like this. I use the keypad instead of WASD, and was confused at the random switching of build items. In my opinion, there is no reason to restrict keybinds like this.
