You can get to the NVidia Profie Inspector from HelixVision. Go to Settings Tab, and Application Settings. Scroll down and you'll find NVidia Profile Inspector, and you can click Start to launch it. Then you follow the instructions for finding the game profile, and switching the exe to use the AC3 profile instead. You can tell what profile is active using the Ctrl-Alt-Ins key when 3D is running. You'll get a green text in the lower right corner of your screen.
I downloaded the inspector tool and then ran it. I deleted the final fantasy 13 profile and then went to the AC3 profile and added the FF13 exe file to that profile. I then deleted the AC3 exe files so the only one was FF13. The bottom right did show AC3 name so it looks like the change worked but it still just force closes when I click play in VR from helixvision.
If I hover over super depth 3d it says in red failed to compile and I have no options at the bottom to chabge. Then i can see in red the file location with an error that says error x3531 can't unroll loops marked with loop attribute. I can turn on performance mode and it's no longer red and I can checkmark the box now but still no options to change.
Also- you can manually edit the settings in the .ini files that are included with the prototype, so if you really think it is running under Performance mode just not adjustable, you can manually tweak the settings in the .ini and reload the game. I would not expect that to work, but maybe performance mode trims some stuff out of the shader so that it can compile.
Thanks Bob, blueskydefender fixed the issue and it's working great. I was also installing it incorrectly. I downloaded it correctly and after the fix by Blueskydefender I was able to increase the depth and I have to admit I'm pretty blown away by the affect. I even went back and tried it with tales of zestiria and just blown away by the affect. Thanks for all your help.
I will upload a fix in a few hours gonna go in and have a look but I cracked the old DX9 games not working and found a great workaround for the old dx9 games that refuse to work in HelixVision..
Hopefully you catch this soon as we should be able to fix those other games you mentioned as well but no promises this was tough to get working but I got it.. Stoked iwhat I am right now..
The 2nd folder is "bin" folder that is the fix you will have to manually add it to the game folder where the game exe is located. just copy it over to the bin folder in the FFXII folder. I am going to talk to someone about what to do with these Different fixes for Helixvision..
As these new fixes are DX11 with the help of DGVooDoo2. hopefully it will transfer over well you may have to tweak the DGVooDoo config on your own.. you really ashould only need to change the address where it is located as it might have my target line in it..
If you have any questions let me know I had disabled shadows for now and there maybe a ton of stuff wrong someone else might have to pickup where I left off but it is somewhat playable which is good in itself..
DONT INSTALL THE FIX FROM HELIXMOD BLOG.
here is the DL Link:

Hopefully it is not broke too bad later in the game.. I was going to try and fix the eyes and hair on Lightning but fixing the skin color was tough and probally not the correct way to fix it..
Ok got it. I have downloaded the fix and will install it soon. Don't worry about broken effects at least for me because I have already beaten the game. I definitely want to see what it looks like though with helixvision. I still have a few optional bosses to beat and maybe I can do those with this fix. Once again thanks for working on this
EDIT: Hey DL this file here and put it in your shaderfixes folder. it fixes the secondary char a bit.. I am also working on the eyes of the main char but they are proving difficult..
