I hit the pocket and I get a strike next I do the same thing hit the pocket I end up with one or two pins standing, if I hit the pocket in premium bowling or the bowling game I have on mame or even real bowling it almost always means strike. It's okay to rig stuff like casino games but you don't rig games that people own and the worst thing they don't allow cheats.

Yes I believe it is rigged. It becomes very apparent especially when you bowl the tournaments. I only use this game when I feel like throwing a few balls down the lane. I believe this game is for putting money in the dev pockets.

Is your speed consistent EVERY throw? like if youre hitting strikes at 20.4 but on one throw it is 20 even or 20.7 and you miss? Then yeah, youre not guaranteed to strike every time. That is just like in real bowling. you may strike and at different speeds but it is not going to be every time.

My guess is yes. The game favors the AI. The Devs just want you to spend money and buy supposedly better balls. Which really aren't. They just want you to spend more money thinking you can buy the best balls and defeat the AI. It's hard to beat the AI when they shoot 260-270 games every game. Throw in a couple 300 games. And you struggle to even make 200. Can't beat the AI when they shoot scores like this. Ruins the fun in the game and makes you not want to play anymore. I like competition. But, when you are pretty much out of it by the 6th frame, the fun is gone.

I know this thread is pretty old but...

I'm not sure what type of throws you're making, but once I got the keyboard controls and movement of the ball I'm making pretty good throws.

I used to set up way over to the right and angle towards the pocket with hits and misses. After I got some XP, Tickets and Gold Pins and Leveled up, I splurged for the Kingpin ball.

Now I set up one arrow to the left and angle towards almost center board. After I release, wait until it gets to the first stripe I mash the left arrow for about 2 seconds and I can almost always guarantee a strike or at least a 1 pin spare. I have thrown 300's and I can average 279.

My point is, the game is much more forgiving when you learn to setup and curve the ball, rather than just straight at it.
