(and just so you know, I'm not knocking Nicole...she's hot enough to melt steel as far as I'm concerned)
So Dr. PC renders these spots and shows them to us in close up for some reason.
I saw this as melanoma. These are very deadly, can wipe you out in a matter of months, so....
What else could DPC hawve wanted to show us ? Could they be drug related ? I don't know much about that.
Never paid attention to this scene. Could be melanoma. I'm very surprised she doesn't see it when she shaves her legs.
I like her too. I hope she doesn't have what we think she has.
Sir, you really aren't aware what potential skin cancer looks like, do you?
First, I had a mole seemingly go from noting more than a spot on my lower thigh and within the span of a few days, grow the size of a pencil eraser. I went to my clinic and they biopsied it; thankfully, it was benign.
Second, my dad was in Viet Nam. Just like many thousands of soldiers who served during the time, got exposed to Agent Orange. Towards the end of his life, he had moles removed from his scalp and back and they were caused by AO.
So don't scoff when people jump. It means they care and still have a soul.
Have a good day.
Sir, yes, it's a game, but have you NEVER cared for someone in a fictional setting? Have you never cried at the movies when you were moved by an emotional event?
Freaking hell.
Then why are are you here since none of it is real? It's an adult visual novel, you can't be here getting jollies on the porn now, can you?
If you want to believe they are thats fine, but we are steering to far off topic and i don't want this topic closed because you want to convice me they are real, so with this, good luck ;)
Let me say this. I was thinking, and there is a point to what you said.
First, I often chide people at Virtual Paradise who think of virtual strippers as their girlfriends. I argue with them, dudes, they aren't real. Go find a REAL girlfriend. They go ballistic when I tell them, look, you can stick a lit cigarette in their naked butt holes and the NPCs don't react. You can set off a lighter in their crotch and they don't mind. The lurkers on the threads there lose their minds when they hear this and got me reported and threads locked when I point out they are sillier than I am.
Second, you're right, BAD1K is fiction, but there's a story behind it. There's nothing wrong with getting involved with fictional characters that have backgrounds or stories. Have you never seen Old Yeller and gotten moved?
Do you sit there and wonder, WTF is wrong with people, when they get up and cheer this:
https://youtu.be/TgrbCFZ3qh8
We know it's not real. But do you say we shouldn't cheer?
If you don't, fine. But the point is, there's a story, and a good story or elements - such as Nicole's possible melanoma - being part of it. I can abuse the strippers in VP because they are brain dead bots on rails, because they're no different to the masses of demons slain in Doom. But BAD1k is different because there's an actual engagement. an investiture of emotions that come from a story. Neither DOOM nor VP can move me other than into sadistic glee. And sometimes genuinely being entertained without being sadistic.
But if it doesn't move you, then I respect it. In all honesty, if you'r signing off for good on this thread as you say, then please don't disrespect the opinions of those here who care.
Good luck out there, mate.
