I can't remember where I picked it up...whether it was on a forum around Steam, or something gleaned off of a Google search, or what...but I've heard it said that Dr. Pinkcake is NOT going to make Being a D.I.K. as heavy or as emotionally driven as Acting Lessons. With that in mind, if it's true, then it's hard to see a rape or a lost baby being a thing in this particular setting. Talk about a downer...sheesh! That would rain on everybody's parade...
But with that said, you bring up some good talking points. I've been curious about Isabella's seething hatred for Tybalt myself, and of course the tears in her eyes in the library. Your theory could very well explain those things...IF the good Doctor wants to go in such directions. Personally, I'm kinda' hoping he doesn't.
the only thing that does not sit perfectly is the nursery room (i can understand it but)... when the MC is dropping to the ground to peek under the door you can see Military (or some sort of) Boots, really close to the door entrance the main speculation is that it's her husband's military boots..
So my guess is that 3 years ago Bella was probably raped by a rich, fancy guy which couldnt take no for an answer.

Could it not be a mixture of both. Isabella's husband could possibly have been killed in action, hence the military boots and why she finds it hard to let go of him and his memory. It is also possible the reason for her hatred of Tybalt is because his father raped her at a time when she was so vulnerable due to her husbands death when he was supposedly comforting her.
There are many possibilities and we will only know when the Dev tells us.
I seem to remember a scene where you can hear (read) Isabella's thoughts, and she wants James to come back, that it's been three years, and that she's forgiven him. So I don't think James is dead...and honestly I'm a bit nervous that James actually will show back up in Season 3 and make things hard for our boy if you're playing the Isabella route.
Originally, when I was playing the Isabella path, the fact that she didn't remove her ring for the sake of our boy upset me. But you bring up a really good point; considering what a horn-dog Stephen Burke is, and how Isabella is a constant target of interest for him (at least the man has good taste), it's easier to understand why the ring doesn't leave her finger. If it helps to push away Stephen, I can better understand how our boy is cool with her still wearing it.
She does, but honestly I don't remember what all she said because at the time it sounded more like an excuse than anything else. I was really wanting to see that ring go away...
yes her reason was habbit (shes worn it for 10? 11?+ years) its just a habbit to put it on after all this time. 2nd reason was to avoid unwanted attention for now. But she will work on not wearing it
thats pretty much direct from the sceen (with the exception of the time frame) that is said
Basically you kiss her, she kisses you back (not a completely unnatural reaction in my experience), and then tells you she's married. That stopped my on my first playthrough, then I played through hers and you are overcoming some resistance...not for me thanks.
but bella is very loyal and clossed herself off over that time (i get where your comming from though but its not as bad as it sounds xD though i guess it depends on how you take the story lol)
She does show signs of being very dominate during the intimate scene with the MC. She might be into the whole "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but whips and chains excite me" thing.
