Talk with Arieth, bring her tissues (they're in bathroom, door to the left of Jacob).
Talk to Ashley and talk about Derek, then call Derek and tell him about Ashley, revisit living room if you aren't there.
Talk with Josy (left side of "dancing" living room), mix her a drink (preferably rum + strawberries), return to her, kiss her (preferable) or tell John to leave.
Go to Heather's room, talk with Jimmy, then go to Heather (kitchen) and tell her about him.
Go to basement pool area and push Dawe.
Go to Sarah and Melanie's room, talk with Mel. Talk to Elena ("quiet" living room IIRC), ask who invited Chad to party. Return to S&M room.

For Chad to leave you also need to talk to Sage a second time. Forgot where she was, though she was talking to Lily. I think it was close to Jacob was at.

Be aware that if you're permaChick at that point of the game, the game decides for you and you can't make them leave.

I have gotten all the Alpha’s to leave but Anthony is the only one who is left to leave for me and I have called Derek, but Anthony hasn’t left yet
