Jill can reject you?

In another playtrough i did yesterday, happened something i didn't know was possible. (I mean, it isn't legaly but hear my out) I was on my D I K playtrough but i wanted to get Jill, which is not possible i found out. You just can't be D I K and have Jill sadly or i don't know how to do it.

BUT, when you have to choose who is the ONE for you (coversation with Elena at the end of ep.8) you can change your affinity with console commands. You must change it to Neutral or Chick to get the Jill option. And after you choose Jill, you can change your affinity back to D I K. What happens after that is that you run to the restaurant to meet with Jill and crying Tybalt, and she pretty much rejects you on the spot because she can't see herself being in relationship with you.

My question is, is this ending obtainable without cheats? I tried it couple of times to do it normally but i just can't find a way. This scene feels like DPC left it there after he decided to cut it. Because after Jill rejects you, you get the scene with Sage, Maya and Josy on sidewalk and MC talks in his mind about how he didn't tell the Jill, about change of his heart yet. Which does not add up to what happened before.

And at the end, before Halloween teaser, it says that "Jill rejected you, you decided none of the girls you've been dating is right for you" That pretty much forced you to the "Others" choice.

If someone knows how to do this legaly, please i would like to know the walktrough.

I'm pretty sure, that you just need to be ♥♥♥ affinity and still in a "Jill path", when the restaurant scene plays out for her to dump you.

But yes it is possible to get rejected at the restaurant.

Follow the Jill route as normal, go on the picnic date, but in ep7 when you get the choice to fight for her, choose NOT to fight for her, and resume as normal, you'll get rejected at the restaurant. ( Has to be solo Jill )

You can corrupt your save even if you reload prior to messing with the console. I'd just be prepared to start over from scratch when S3 launches.

You can corrupt your save even if you reload prior to messing with the console. I'd just be prepared to start over from scratch when S3 launches.

I doubt it can affect a save that was saved before i started to use it, don't know how would that happen. And even if, i have used 18 out of 20 possible save transfer spots for all my paths as yet, so one corrupted out of 18 would not hurt me. Also we are still about 4 years from Steam release of another season so alot of time to replay again and again and again.. :D

Yes, mods are not allowed in the game, if you install them you're on your own, and from what I've read, recovering the game after installing mods and uninstalling them is a pain in the a$$. It is way more complicated that simply uninstalling and deleting the game, because RenPy spreads files all over the hard drive, not only in the game directory and you need to find and delete them manually.

Regarding your question, by game mechanics Jill will always reject D I K affinity characters, there is no workaround to prevent that. She gives you enough clues during
the game showing what kind of attitude she looks for in the MC to know that a D I K affinity character is not going to be successful with her.

Still, it is hard for me to fathom how someone who is so keen to make D I K choices could be interested in Jill, unless you simply like the model and don't give a damn about the personality that DPC gives her.

One of many things that I love from BaDIK that puts the game on the top of almost all of the run-on-the-mill AVNs around is the fact that the girls are not a bunch of airhead bimbos that will bend to the MC's will, they have their own personality and tastes and will kick you out of their lives if you don't meet their expectations.

I said before, it's all about seeing everything that is hidden in the game, I have about 18 playthroughs saved. I have not installed mods on my Steam version, only made console commands available to user. I know about %appdata% RenPy folder where is secondary save spot for all RenPy games and don't know what do you mean by "saving all over the hard drive". I never had any problems with unninstalling mods in any RenPy game. And you can disable console command even wihout deleting any files.

But this question was never about mods, or trying to get help for mods. Or trying to get Jill as a D I K, I know that is not possible. It was only about how to get to the scene where she rejects you in the resaurant without using console commands.

I don't understand why is everyone so "alergic" to someone even mentioning mods. Console commands aren't even mods really, its something that is already in the game engine, only it's locked. My question was never about it but you all react mostly to it..

There's a reason the console is disabled and we don't offer support to users who enable it because they can mess up a lot of variables that can cause crashes in future episodes which brings tons of false bug reports and wastes the devs time trying to find something that works as intended on his end. If you want to mess around with it that's fine but know that if anything happens to your saves we won't be able to help you.
