Others is actually a big umbrella-branch, and inside that branch there are many girls and they might have specific requeriments if you want to pursue them, but the branch is always called Others, independently of the possible variations. At the breakfast scene at the end of episode 8 you'll see all the possible love interests available at that moment for the Others' branch (we don't know yet if those will be all the LIs from that branch in season 3, but the scene seems suggestive).
The "Others" branch does include several unknown girls, so it's impossible to say if you got them all without spoilers, but you might need or want another playthrough on the "Others" path as well.
My advice, pick 2 or 3 favorite girls, make saves for them with whatever twists and turns you want. Once you've seen those stories play out in season 3 you will have a better idea of what you want to see. It will likely mean playing season 1 and 2 again, but I don't see how that's a bad thing.
Besides achieving each of the paths, I played aiming to unlock as many achievements as I could for playthrough, taking the optimal choices for the ending I was looking for with the girl I wanted.
I asked because I missed a few renders and one or two scenes, so I was going to do another run anyway, I just wanted to know if I was missing another path I didn't know about, but it seems that I'm covered.
The capping of collectibles and achievements is not really the same as getting playthroughs prepared for S3 nor does it necessarily reveal scenes that are not lewd in S1/S2 (the gallery scenes are lewd scenes for the most part).
To "see" closer to 80% of content in S1/S2, you need over a dozen PTs. "Solo"ing a girl branch will reveal much, but also having mixed vs sol relationship PTs will reveal other aspects. Then you can layer on the different affinities, but a primary driver is specific decisions which may or may not be related to a major prompt.
It all depends on how you want to approach this game and what you want to get out of it. It's a very complex game and offers more than the basic premise of most other AVNs out there. I've over 300 AVNs played under my belt. BaDIK isn't the same at all. I prefer playing out consequences in BaDIK rather than just the happy "perfect" path for a girl.
You would need dozens of saves for every path to even come close to covering the possibilities if all of the choices and variables (just in seasons 1&2) matter as much as it looks like they will based on seasons 1&2.
edit: For instance, what if stealing Maya's money from her cork board actually matters in Season 3 or Season 4... I would be so screwed in every run I have where I stayed at Maya's place, because I thought you could take that money with no consequences and so far that has been true, but who knows what will happen in the the next 2 seasons?
This is 100% accurate, but also... mind the spoilers. Some of them haven't encountered the cork board yet.
If they haven't seen the cork board in season 1 when you stay at Maya's dorm, then talking about end of season paths in season 2 would be even more "spoilery".... no?
I know which one you are talking about, and I'd leave it alone too.... but the one Ziffy is referring too is in Maya's dorm, in season 1, each freeroam there is a $ stuck to the corkboard on her wardrobe.
I think the only money pickup that matters is the one in Jill's room. That being said I almost never pickup money in the world... you get plenty of money, and on the off chance one of those will matter, I leave it.
That's what I think too. The only money pick up that warns you that it will be counted as stolen is the money in Jill's room early in the story. So, I suppose that's the only one that matters. BTW, I've tried before to not take the money in Tybalt's room to see if it makes a difference and Tybalt will still claim that we stole his wallet with 2000$ in it while "comforting" jill for something that he did himself.
So, I feel like the game would warn you somehow if taking or not taking some money has an effect later, but at this point, it's speculative.
What was the different corkboard that you had in mind? Aside from the one she has with money pinned on it, the only corkboards that I remember that play a role in the game is the one with the chess club advertisement and the one where you see a woman's hand put a picture of Cathy naked. I'm not sure of what you're talking about.
I'mma say don't worry about it. If you aren't sure what cork board I'm referencing, it's very likely understandable and this would be a discussion for a later date. I just completely forgot about the one in Maya's dorm, lately I've been working through different paths and choices from a save state just before leaving her dorm for good.
You guys are most likely correct, but the only money that I would expect to be 100% safe to take (at this point in the game based on how DPC likes to bring choices back to bite you), is the money added by DPC to compensate for having mini games off. LOL
edit: I never tried to take any money from the Prep mansion, does the game actually warn you (with an MC monologue or something) if you try to take money from Jill's room?
