I'm seeing all this new content for episode 9 yet my game wasn't updated so I'm a bit confused on whats going on.

Patreon gets episodic releases

Episode 9 was released on Patreon like Das said, Steam will have to wait a bit more until all of S3 is completed and tested.

Episode 3 is long released and on steam in case you haven't noticed.

You can import your end-of-season 2 Steam save (only, NOT A DIFFERENT SAVE) into the interlude (that is part of S3), play the interlude at least once, and then continue to Ep 9 in Patreon

Won't be March or April for season 3, DrPinkCake has only completed the interlude and episode 9, DrPinkCake still has to complete episode 10, 11 and 12 for Season 3 to be completed, there is no way he will have 3 episodes done by March or April of 2023.
