Does anyone knows how to pop up the option to talk to Derek twice and get the tequila. I cant find the text to pop up when i interact with her.

after i talked to derek, he went to the right side of the bar. As far as i remember, i was then able to just click at the bottle. of course first i talked to Lilly at the stairs.

Ask the bartender for tequila, then talk with Derek twice (or once if you've talked with him already), he'll distract bartender, allowing you to sweep a bottle of tequila and bring it to Lily, who is sitting on stairs. Talk with her and say that you'd want a private stripper. Talk with bartender again, ask for lemon, then go upstairs, Lily will be waiting near the room where you got a suit. If you have D!K affinity, you'll need to pay her $$ for sex ($$$$ if you put a finger in her "wrong hole" during visit to Pink Rose in ep3).[/spoler]

I cant remember that rooster thing. i talked to her at the stairs and she told me about her wanting tequila. Are there 2 ways? wont she told me about the tequila if i answered her rooster?

No there are no 2 ways, talking to her on rooster is required or you never mention tequila to her.
