As stated in previous reply, the "lewd scenes" as they are called are rendered animations. There are some still-frame shots that are also used. There are position options that may or may not come up during particular scenes, and angle changes during scenes are on a preset timer. There's no voice-acted sound at all.

As for the who. There are 5 major romances in the current story plot, and a dozen or so that you can bed, but are not major romances within the game. It will not be all the girls you encounter, but there's more than enough.
