Madame Rose
How to get her? I've seen her all over reddit and I've seen her in the scenes but in like 2 playthroughs I have never came across her. Any help would be appreciated.

If you do both of these thing and you are playing with mini games disabled, you will fail the mansion restoration. Just FYI, up to you if you want that for a main playthrough. I for one want to see how both success and failure plays out in future episodes.
