Is it possible "know better" Heather and Elena in this game?

Is there any path to follow?

So far (seasons 1-2) - no, you can only get Heather to warm up to you if you do a certain sequence of things during HOTs party. And, when she texts you in ep8, tell her you wanna know her better. But for now that's it.
