End-of-S2-playthrough saves. Where are they ?

I have run 5 playthroughs of S1 and S2 now, which were saved to a special archive save for transfer to season 3 at the finish.
So I was wondering how unlocked scenes are saved to these archives. Presently, if I restore a normal old savefile from my first run, I can still see all the scenes accumulated during the 5 runs.

But is this also the case for these S3 archives ? If I would restart run 1 after season 3 is installed, will it also have all the unlocked scenes from season 1 and 2, collected during the 5 runs, or only the unlocked scenes at the moment this particular run was done and archived ?

I didn't find the archives or a way to restore them in the season 2 game to see what it looked like. I guess they'll pop up when S3 is started ? Can we back them up ? Given that S3 is still some way off.

Thanks for the reply. Yes if the list of unlocked scenes is separate from the actual saves then I understand why they are all available on every load.

I was confused that these "engdame" saves that the game asks you to store are nowhere visible from within the game. ( I don't even remember the name I gave them, but I recall there was an icon of the chosen girlfriend on it, so I should recognise them from that I guess)

Also if the S3 becomes available on Steam more than a year from now, as whispered on this board here and there, I might have changed the PC so I'm happy to know where I could find the saves on a backup.

I stiill couldn't locate the 5 special endsaves on the folder. Nothing to distinguish them by the names it seems. But I trust they are there.
