The Champagne Bottle

I've been walking around, trying to interact with everything I can but I can't seem to find the champagne bottle in season 2. I'm so stuck and I've been wondering if I ran into a bug or something.Any help is appreciated!

The security guard won't let you into the kitchen to get it, so... You need to go into the room where the two guys will talk to you, then look up and to the left, you will see a rag on top of a wall unit.

Take the rag into the bathroom near the security guard and put it in the toilet to cause a problem, then tell the guard about the toilet. He will go to check it out and THEN you can enter the kitchen to grab the champagne..

Am I supposed to give Maya the champagne? I got the bottle but couldn't find anyone to give it to.
