I'm not familiar with German law, but from what I've heard is that, according to the Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle, platforms such as Steam and GOG do not possess the proper age verification mechanisms that German law requires. Dr. PinkCake has no control over that at all. My best advice is to petition your government for a censorship revision to their current law.
