does anyone know how it will load previous decisions. i for instance played "season one" multiple times to see the different outcomes. will you just pick the last save from each play through or maybe have something at the beginning like in mass effect 2.

I've been wondering this too.

I would guess that we just pick saves near the end of season 1, and the second season starts from there.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the details of my playthroughs, beyond that I did one full Chick, and one full Dk. I'm sure I did at least one other in-between too.

I would really appreciate some kind of interface that would give you details about the saves at a glance (like Chk/Dk level, relationship levels), but if not, we'll just have to figure it out ourselves.

I am also worried about this. How many endings did episode one have? So how many starts episode 2 got? And it has X endings for X starts in episode 3?

Or is it ok to share perfect save files?

P. sure you'll be able to load up a save from the end of season 1 and continue with whatever choices you've made there. Just save at the 'Save your game now' screen and you should be good.

As long as you saved at this screen https://imgur.com/a/DbLDNZC you will be able to just press continue and you will start episode 5. If you have saved before that you might be fine but that's not guaranteed since the dev might go and change things at that part and your save might not load properly.

Thanks but I think the question is how much is carried over? I mean S1 had like 30 endings with relations, CHK and ♥♥♥, etc.

I for one have a FULL Chick, a FULL ♥♥♥, 1 for each of the crash pads, one where I got Jade/Sage/Isabella, 1 with the thruple, and a few more with different relationships.

So how many beginnings are there? And how much of our relations are carried over? Or our previous decisions? I mean yeah, we end up at the ♥♥♥ house for the final thing but after that...

PS- I for 1 don't really want to know. I am rather curious but want the surprise.

what i have seen when i have played season 2 (except for the last episode, it isn't out yet on Patreon) all i had to do was save before the end and it resumed when the new content came out.

Season 2 will be a continuation of Season 1 so everything you've done will carry over.

season 2 doesnt have any beginnings, like dAAAMN said you simply load up your save from S1 and continue the story.

am sorry but this is a dumb post like seriously? Just look at your save files from season 1 that's EXACTLY how the save files for season 2 will look like damm you make it more difficult then it actually is its simple and easy

You basically just " continue" your save. I have seen a bit of episode 5. Without spoilers decisions from previous episodes did matter

For the people who are insulting the original poster and saying it is a dumb question, for those who did play through multiple times and have multiple "final saves", it may not be as simple as it sounds. If you didn't NAME your saves to say what paths you took, then it is a question when loading the season 1 save what choices you made along the way. I did get to the point in my multiple playthroughs of naming them, ♥♥♥ playthrough, or this or that to make the final saves a bit more descriptive. I am tempted to go through another time to refresh my memory, but also for the "ideal" for me run through for my choices that I want to carry through into season 2.

The "continue" just goes on the last playthrough you did, but doesn't go on the idea of picking one or the other.

That is not what I meant . I meant that you load your save file of your choice and Season 2 " continues " ( there is areason i used " " ) from that point onwards. Not the actual continue button on the main menu .

Also you are right , you need to name your files unless you want a headache but honestly I consider this common knowledge. I just have 2 save files ( and 2 backups) named ♥♥♥ S1 and CHICK S1

Fair enough, but as I always say, "common sense isn't common these days". I am probably going to start my fresh run of season 1 just to prep for season 2 and not need to think about which game to load.

You can always refer to the Bios app if you haven't named your saves.

I have named files, but they don't tell the whole story. I had one Chick save where I went with Bella, and another branch of the same save where I went with Sage instead. I did name the specific branches at least, but it does still get a little confusing to keep track of every minor variation in each branch.

Don't get me wrong, it's my problem to deal with, so I'm not complaining how saves work.

What I am curious about is how limited your options are in season 2, based on season 1 choices.

For instance, are you given any special options in season 2 for making 100% major Chick/Dk choices in season 1, or does just your end score matter? End score as in, -20 or +20. I never did get around to completing a neutral playthrough; is there any reason to do so for season 2?
