For me its 15 hours, if you dont speed run it lol

I have the Patreon version. I played it Thursday afternoon and went to sleep Friday night. (Working from home in between) So if you are trying to find out get the different outcomes, it will around 15 hours. But take note that the game is not yet finished. Only season 1 at Steam (Ep 1-4) and Ep 5 (Patreon) is released.

There are quite a few choices that impact the game so the replay value is high.

I'll be giving this a purchase today. Never played anything like it, certainly no visual novel. But I love games where your choices have an effect on the gameplay, and I'm usually far too tired in the evening these days to bother with open world games which used to be my go to sort of games. Thanks for the replies!
