When i saw the title, i thought this post is gonna be about speculating who is Dr Pink cake, where is he from etc. Disappointed. :(

I will add my bit anyway! I think Dr Pinkcake is from Germany, because when i put "Dr Pinkcake Twitter" into google, it shows me german twitter as result (even though i am not from Germany myself).
And, it also came to my mind, that Dr Pinkcake might be female, what do you guys think?

I've heard the theory that DPC could be female, doesn't seem it to me though...
Some reactions that his (or her :)) MCs have to certain events, like in AL when Peter insults Liam and my first available choice is "demolish him" , is like reading my mind. The mind of a male.

The game started on patreon and the only reason you are able to buy it here on steam is because he has people supporting him during development.If not for his patreons he wouldnt be able to purchase all the assets needed to make a game like this and continue working on it.

Theres no other content "hidden behind a paywall'

Oh really ? so tell me why is youtube full of vids of the "other content" that IS behind the pay wall... If that content is that playable why is it not released on steam? Would'nt that have made him more of the much needed funding to keep working his game ?

Or was the unfinished season 1 just a taster to get everyone to join his patreon ?

What do you mean by other content?If you saw a scene on Youtube that you haven't gotten its probably because you haven't unlocked it yet.You can't get every scene in the game in one playthrough,you need to do multiple runs to unlock everything.

Both Patreon and Steam versions have the same content.
On Patreon you just get each episode when its ready instead of waiting for the full season plus some preview renders depending on what tier you are.

What are you on about? It`s the same content on Patreon AND Steam. Only difference is that Patreon pledgers get each episode as it is released instead of the finished Season that Steam users get. Patreon pledgers also get special renders and polls depending on their pledge level.

If it wasn`t for Patreon, there would be no Season 1 on Steam. That income per month allows DPC to work full time on his games and frankly he deserves every penny he makes. Look at so many other adult visual novels....the quality is nowhere near BaDiKs. Sounds like you just have a grudge for some reason I can`t fathom but hey, whatever.

First I want to say I was wrong and I am sorry for my comment's about Dr. Pinkcake.

When I played the game I always quit at the scene where Chad got the 2 letters at house since to me it looked like the finish of the game. After reading your comments about all the content being in the game I decided to wait and not quit.

I was very surprised to discover you were right about the content, I can't believe how much I was missing out on.

I would like to say sorry again to Dr. Pinkcake and to you guys for my stupid comments!

I also bought "Acting Lessons" and enjoyed it very much and I look forward to Dr. Pinkcakes next products very much.
