I know about Patreon.
But there were people here who said the Steam DLC page was still available. However it isn't, at least for me. So my question is how do people access this particular page from Germany.

I found it now. Page with all DLC's is locked indeed, but single DLC's stil appear in search and page is accessible, like for example the guide:

I think i red, that the "Doc" still support the game on Steam...blocked/ banned in Germany the updates are not avaiable here...u need to get them from other sides like patreon.

Like I told you specific DLC pages (right now just Season 1 guide) are still accessible. So everyone who owns core game can still buy DLCs.

I don't know about other users, but @drpinkcake, while I appreciate you listing other options where your content is available, at least to me that is not really a viable alternative.
I hate having to deal with different platforms (there are already enough, ffs), having even more split libraries, the hassle with patches/updates/etc. No, really. Just not worth it to me.
Simply put, for me it's Steam or Bust.

Yeah, I understand the whole "Steam or Bust" mentality, I'm the same when it comes to games.
Patreon is the only option for germans, unless you manage to get the game gifted through someone who's not from Germany. I can't do anything in this matter and it saddens me.
It's not another platform as the game is the same files you download through Steam, you just don't use a launcher for it, but Steam can be set up as a launcher (you would only miss out on achievements and community items this way).

Ok ich habs beim releese gekauft daher hab ich kein Problem habs aber intressehalber mal verucht... ja wenn ich normal übers Spiel auf die Shopseite will gibts die nicht mehr, ABER hab bei tags mal dr pinkcake eingegeben und dann komme ich auf die Seite! Wie gesagt ich habs beim relees gekauft also keine Garantie das es bei euch funktioniert...

I might have said it somewhere already, but if the same works for season 2, then you should be able to get the game trough the base game itself as an dlc.

I mean I can't get to the shoppage but if I want to I can get to the season one guide trough the dlc shop in the game itself and I sure hope they don't ever try to mess with that.
I mean I own the game already and I want to be able to decite myself if i further support the game or not.

Steam has recently closed the last loopholes (I know of). That means not even DLC of games you own can be put into the Steam shopping cart anymore (and thus purchased) if it falls into Steam's 18+ category and has no USK seal. That means owners of the base game are now stuck with just Season 1. Isn't that great?
