Can't launch this ♥♥♥♥

When this game started. It started with fullscreen. and it goes to minimize itself.
and when I press the game at window bar. It goes to fullscreen and minimize itself AGAIN.

Even I exit the game. games' alliasblabla.exe is not even shutdown. so I have to run task manager to shutdown this ♥♥♥♥.

does anyone knows to solve this porblem?

go into the steam folder, steamapps, common, pacific storm allies,config and delete the currentcfg thing. in that order
