Harappans?

i am new. playing vanilla with most recent update. i was looking at an old ancient culture tier list and had Harappans as S. i have already played a little with Egypt and wanted to try something new. i usually play more passively so this seems to fit my play style a little better. however, the tier list was old and had the 'plus 1 food on tiles producing food' which has now changed to 'plus 1 food on dry grass'. did that change nerf them significantly ? i stil want to play a good first culture while i learn the game. the other one that kind of fits my play style is babylon so i would also love an opinion on that. thanks
