Are there no synergy effects planned or they're missing because of uncompleted beta patch?
Hanging Gardens of Babylon! whats the point of this wonder ..?
Rhodes: finally good
Zeus: finally good
Djenné: A bit better, but this wonder is boring, "fame" bonus are boring
Tōdai-Ji: finally good
But globaly I think wonder give too much stability, their base stability could be lowered
Gardens work as manufacture, so they already cool.
Another wonders look now really pretty cool
About Temple of Artemis I think it too much powerfull when you have already emblematic ranged unit (like olmec)
For garden, in french game it's just say "extract the resource" and not "act as manufacture", so I guess the confusion
Are you playing with mods? Because if yes i would ask you to try without them, just in case.

I feel it's too low, having more like 2 or 3 wonder should be a king of challenge (which would also reduce the snowball effect).
+5 Science per adjacent Research Quarter (Notre Dame de Paris)
+4 Industry per adjacent Quarter (Great Mosque of Djenne // (Cultures of Africa))
+5 Influence per adjacent Maker Quarter (Topkapi Palace)
+5 science per adjacent Common Quarter?
+5 Industry per adjacent Research Quarter? (Eiffel tower)
+8 Influence per adjacent Common Quarter? (Maracana Stadium)
These bonuses would be strong in eras 1+2 but from my experience, from era 3 onwards, new quarters start generating a lot more than that for their respective resources. I mean, it's ... nice to have that on top. but if I already 500 (or even 5,000) influence per turn, do I really care that much about an extra 30-40? Nah, rounding error.
By contrast, +5 Money per adjacent Market Quarter from Statue of Zeus in era 2 (?) seems pretty powerful for that time in the game. Same for +2 Influence per adjacent District from the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus
So yeah, I think the synergy bonuses need to scale better with the wonders' eras.
Here are the changes from the previous values:
Synergy: +3 > +5 stability per adjacent District
+5 > +8 Science per adjacent Research Quarter
Synergy: +5 > +8 stability and (new > +2 Influence) per adjacent Common Quarter
Synergy: +5 > +10 Industry per adjacent Research Quarter
Synergy: +6 > +15 Money per adjacent Market Quarter
