No more automatic moving units?
If i take a unit off of free roam and tell them to move to any location on a map they just stay there forever even after ending multiple turns. makes game unplayable considering you'll be moving multiple units at a time on large maps. please help fix this?

It seems to be a bug. Additionally to this, I have no "select research", "select institute" or other essential popups anymore.

Having the same issue. I made sure I have the Enable Mandatories setting turned on, but I can still go the next turn without any science being researched, it won't go to cities with nothing in their queue, and armies with moves still to make.

We're already working on this issue, but unfortunately I don't have an estimate for when the fix will be ready for release.
I have heard from some players saving and relaunching the game may fix the problem, but this is not a guaranteed workaround.

I had to rollback to old version of the game because of this

I talked to our producer, and the "urgent affairs" bug should be fixed in the patch releasing this week. Probably tomorrow, possibly even today.

that is the MISSING UIMAPPER bug. It is caused by applying (or removing) mods and not restarting the game. Restart the game and it'll be fixed.

Year and half later, this bug is still present

Considering that the "fix" for this (going with the very quote you just used yourself) is to close the game and restart it simply because you just played with your mod list and the game did not update itself properly... First this is not an actual bug and second why are you necroing this two years old thread just to be told so?

Dont know why are u toxic.

I encountered this bug yesterday. I turned off one mod, game reloaded itself and then I had this problem. So I was googling and have found this thread.

And it’s shame that the bug is still present.

Who's toxic exactly?

The answer is directly above you. That's not a bug, it is a game (probably engine) limitation. If you're here resurrecting (necroing) topics just to point out that you get triggered by a fix which is 30 seconds long (restarting the game) then who's toxic exactly? Necroing by itself is considered to be toxic on every single forum I know of.

Personally I'd prefer the devs (of any game) spend their time wisely fixing stuff which actually matter or work on adding more content instead of losing time on pointless endeavours like this one.

Easy “fix” would be to just adding a simple popup window saying that you should restart the game so the mods take effect. With restart button… simple as that
