Distribution of Humankind Mod Tools

Hi, The publisher has banned the sale of the game in my country, so I have to play the "free" version of the game.
I use mods downloaded from mod.io , but I would like to add my own mods or edit some downloaded ones. But since the game is not purchased on steam (because it cannot be bought), I will not be able to download "Humankind Mod Tools".
Someone can archive and upload the downloaded "Humanind Mod Tools" via google drive (or any other distribution transfer option)

The reason: SEGA supports the war of the West against my country.
Although it would seem that they just release games. Why would they lose money and make me play for free? But this is their product and their decision, I do not condemn it.

Your country started that war, so no one can blame SEGA for not wanting your money, it's good for their reputation and is morally justified.
No single western country joined that war, at least yet, it's just poor excuse to justify failures of russian army
