How nukes currently work in Humankind is broken. They were supposed to have a M.A.D system but never finished it. And they should be able to be used from bombers or submarines but can't.
From a gameplay stand point I like civ better on nukes. But that doesn't make up for the fact combat is simply better in humankind. And if Humankind actually finished the nuclear warfare system as they first presented it. It would actually be very good or at least realistic.
Nah, Civ7 looks incredible, though so is this game.
