We have fix a lot of pending turn issue, but there is quite a few things that trigger particular cases, sorry you encounter problems.
It was the "Sigma Pack" mod available on mod.io, after some tinkering around the other day however i figured something, it might be more relevant to anything coming out of mod.io as opposed to the steam workshop, since i use mods from the workshop rather than mod.io i've had little to no issues. In the same fashion a lot of the maps (which can mainly be obtained from mod.io) tend to not always be playable at all (something something have to be exported by map editor..?), it might be a compatibility issue with the platform ?
In any case I was quite salty when I wrote this but I ended up managing to find a solution so its not so bad I guess, but yeah I think there might be an issue with mods and maps from mod.io
