Disabling Pollution

I just started playing again after a while and pollution is just a too big problem for me, for example I had a city with +400% stability drop down to -600% just from the first few pollution upgrades. It makes the late game pretty much unplayable for me and its just unenjoyable. I allready searched on the internet and it said there is a option to disable the pollution feature entirely but I cant find it. Can someone tell me where the option is or how else I can turn it off.

Before you start the game, go to settings of the game, there is panel with endgame conditions, there u can disable pollution

The option to change and/or turn off pollution is in the Pace Menu during your pre-match setup.
