Way to set default map settings?

I load and load and load, sometimes for hours on end until I get a map I like or a start I like. I like resources, but not a lot clustered in one or two territories. I like coasts. I like islands. I especially like islands with resources. I do not like settling my first territory and having the AI settle next to me. I do not like being far from the coast. I do not like not getting Phoenicians when I'm on the coast. So I will load and load and load for hours on end until I get a map I like. I will restart a good map if the AI settles right next to me.

I've found a series of map parameters that seem to give me good results. The problem is, the game remembers nearly all of them except for 2 of the most important ones. Number of continents: I like 3-5 but the game defaults it to 2-4 and Land Percentage: I like it at 60% but the game defaults it to 50. I'm getting sick and tired of having to open the world settings with every single load to reset those back to what I want. Is there a way to make the game actually remember them so I don't have to keep going in and changing it?

That is weird, I also do custom map settings and it remembers all of them... not sure what to tell ya sorry.
