Free DLC is certainly nice, but I don't think you need to connect for that?
I mean, I have an Amplitude account, and I got some DLC for the game from their site, but that's separate from connecting ingame.
I also got some DLC for free directly from Steam (Para Bellum Wonders, still free for a couple of days).
Though I guess since I already have an account with them that's connected to my Steam account, I might as well connect ingame as well. For some reason, though, I just don't like the idea, and I'm trying to decide if it's worth it.
I'm a little confused, though... reading up on community events[humankind.fandom.com], the wiki says they were all limited-time events, and are finished.
In the game, though, I apparently have access to three of them (Da Vinci Event, Holi Festival, Día de los Muertos).
I'm not seeing a time limit on them...
Are those permanent now, or will they go away? Will the others come back?
FOMO-based content is such cancer...
