they are very strong to have early on though, if you see one in neolithic settle it fast. i sometimes even drop and outpost at the border and relocate later
there are many issues bothering me, this isnt one :P
Another way to increase diversity could be to add some interaction effects with different districts as well. For example, each wonder could interact with a combination of 2 district types, e.g. science and makers for one, farmers and fortress for another. And then maybe let some only interact with one kind of district, but more strongly.
The kind of interaction could also vary, it doesn't have to match the district type like food for farmers quarters etc. Maybe Vesuvius adds industry output to farmers quarters, and the pink lake one adds influence to market quarters or money to commons quarters.
Could be small bonuses that don't impact gameplay much, yet still add so much more flavour.
