Even if pollution is fashionable thing in this time, it is a strategy video game we are here to have fun ...
Pollution really needs a rework and should be optional.
I had 9 cities and would have entered the last era in the next round. All my cities were fully built, but I could not build a building to reduce pollution yet.
You get warnings, but until last era your only option seems to destroy all pollution buildings.
I guess we all know that most reviewers don't even bother to play the games they review. They just rubber stamp a 9/10 and collect their pay cheques.
Just read https://www.games2gether.com/amplitude-studios/humankind/forums/169-game-design/threads/42070-pollution-is-broken?page=1
In the meantime the mod I made will stop pollution from accumulating
You should have had to the option to plant forests which reduce pollution. You get that option quite some time before you hit the tech that makes pollution a thing.
