With that said though, I'd still say that there is *one* point in your favor, which is that the game denies you the possibility of building infrastructure with no effect on your cities, so there's a precendence for not being able to pick "invalid" choices.
Carving a mountain into a wonder like Machu Pichu but that would include Mount Rushmore, Petra, Abu Simbel, and Kailasa Temple.
The Great Library of Alexandria but that could include The Library of Ashurbanipal, The Library of Pergamum, and The House of Wisdom.
The Statue of Zeus but that would include the Colossus, The Statue of Liberty, Cristo Redentor, The Colossi of Memnon, Statue of Unity in India, and Spring Temple Buddha statue.
The Hanging gardens but many ancient (and modern) cities had huge gardens.
I was hoping for more of this type system in this game.
I find it odd that they take out where you can get a wonder stolen out from under you, but make it so the civilization you want can be.
