Report a translation problem
When you choose a tenet, left of the button you confirm with, you'll see a dropdown box. You can use that to select a religion (if your changed the name, it'll keep that name once you confirm) to base your icon and holy site off of.
EDIT:
That's a UI design weakness of dev, they skip too many standards, buttons not looking like classic button, dropdown not looking like classic dropdown, more. And sometimes it makes some of their UI very obscure and too much hidden until you learned the point, or if you put care look and click everywhere. But in that case, during the confirmation dialog, sigh. Ok I see the point, you can change only if you confirm change a telnet, but still, it's a bad design.
