Why is Reisen here

After recruiting Nitori I added her into my party but for some reason a level 1 Reisen appears in my part as well??

Seconding this question, Reisen just got added to my members after recruiting Sakuya...

Ditto, she popped in there after I swapped party members after getting Sakuya.

Mostly makes me wonder if this means I missed the actual part where she joins the party, since she seems to have vanished from the game after Eirin?

EDIT: Removed her from party of 6 when got enough party members, which made Reisen reappear in Eintei and I could recruit her proper. Problem though is, she's lvl60 from the get go.

That didn't happen to me at all (i have recruited reisen in different orders before), so i am all ears on how to reproduce it. (english version)
I am assuming this is in the english version (if you change the language to japanese you will get an updated version of the game with a lot of issues fixed, yeah, we are stuck with an older version if we play the english version)
