Can you speed up training??
I’m doing the need scenario where you have to do all 50 training but it’s taking forever, I’ve built a profitable farm and am making a lot of money but it’s just taking along time for training :(

no.
5-7 ingame years to complete all training.
just do other things (play other games, watich videos,...) and every 2-5min look if you have another training to start.
before winter, 12th month, be sure to start a 90day training to have it done after skipping winter.

I think one has to look at this two ways. The game play against this particular scenario.

As for game play, in all other games except the training scenario, the training is what it is to give content. In another words, one need to spend 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days to get each one of the training skills and must decide between them to tailor what one is doing in a particular game. If training was easy and quick, it would deny this content in these games.

On the other hand, when one has to just do the training skill scenario, it takes a long time to get to the end. And as one poster said, as this is all one is doing is just one thing, skills, and as such, one is really not doing anything else in game once the economy is set up.

So for this scenario, just need to do something else while the game runs. It is just one scenario.

And as some one said, time it so that you can have a 90 day training on before you skip winter, and/or have 60 days left on a training (or just pick a 60 day training as the start of winter before skipping)

I did this scenario and it took me 5 years. Do short trainings during the warm seasons and try to get a long one starting just before Winter so when you skip Winter the training is done otherwise you might waste that Winter time.

Make sure your game is in windowed mode and not full screen than it will continue to run while you switch to something else.

how do you make it windowed mode? I didn't find this option yet. Is it Steam feature or game feature?

I used this scenario to test all the buildings and layout choices

Is there a trainer for this?

As a scenario, this is a tedious and a pointless exercise. I am making millions so have been messing around with field sizes and layouts. Not very satisfying.

The ironic part of this game is that there are only 4 90-day trainings, which can be skipped in winter, but there are an unusually large number of 60-day trainings. I haven't calculated in detail, but since one year in the game should be about 365 days, even if you spend the whole year training, the maximum is 6 days. However, there are many 60 days, especially in relation to animals, and it does not end in one year. In addition, there are four 90-day training programs, three of which are production-related, and can be completed immediately.

Ultimately, if you do training every time you save money, you'll be done, so once you're profitable, you can fast-forward after that, but in fact, even at the maximum, fast-forwarding isn't that fast.
