is there tip for getting 5 star rating ?

I built 1 visitor parking, 1 Petting zoo(and associated 3 shed, 4 chicken coop) , 2 fishing pond(for each trout, carp), 1 horse stud, 1 farm shop, 1 agritourism center and 1 guest house. and I am feeding adequate foods. but star score is 3.3

That bugs me too... I try to get the scenario with the 4.5 Star rating done and no matter what I do, I can't get it over 3.5....

So whats the trick here?

With everything perfect, no negatives from any visitors I was getting all 4*'s with the occasional 5's.

Decided just to try some stuff and stumbled on the answer: Decorations
This causes extra happiness for 'decorations in area' and all ratings coming in were 5*

TL;DR Paste decorations all around the area

How many decorations did you put out there and how? My floor around the agriculture are is covered in flowers and fountains and I still can't get over bloody 2,5. Even lowered tickets to 1 pound everywhere.

Been a while so i can barely remember properly, but you just want 'some' decorations all over so anywhere they visit has a few decorations around it, including the guest house. If i remember correctly you should see the "Decorations in area" on the customer happiness on the little reviews it let's you see if you have enough.

You also need fields close to your cottages. They make a big difference and are cheaper and easier than loads of decorations.

Make sure you have all the attractions, they are staffed and not over crowded. Decorate each building, field, sheds and cages. Pay attention to the feedback to see if they are complaining about anything.

Make sure there are no production buildings in range. They like fields and orchards and greenhouses, do not want to see factories.

And spam decorations around the tourist areas. It may have been my imagination, but, I did really well with using small fields of colourful crops around the area.

Help me please, I can't get the achievement, I'm stuck at 80% and it won't move on. I installed decorations, made fields with flowers and still no progress.

Read your guests comments. They will give broad hints to whatever it is you lack. Do you have all the tourist facilities? Are they close enough together? Is your shop fully stocked and fully functioning.
