Growing Organic Hemp in a Greenhouse?

I'm still very new to the game. I've got some nice fish farms giving me a steady income of frozen organic trout meat. I've also got 2 small greenhouses, 1 each of organic red peppers and organic tomatoes. But when I tried to plant a third greenhouse with organic hemp, that option to plant is not appearing to select with the big red question mark. I've got the seeds, and 3 plant people to work the 3 greenhouses.

Why isn't hemp or organic hemp appearing as an option to begin growing in the 3rd greenhouse?

Well, I guess you can't grow hemp in a greenhouse. Living in Washington state I don't understand this at all, since everyone knows the best hemp is grown indoors.
