Decreasing how many hours a month they have to work, will raise happiness by 5% per 5% decrease in hours.
To clarify:
In order to raise the happiness of a worker by the 15% you want. Either give them a 15% pay increase, or decrease the number of hours they have to work by 15%. Or do a combination of both.
You also get a 10% boost to happiness, if the employee is operating a piece of machinery that is in good condition.
2. Make sure to have space for 50 employees
3. Hit Pause
4. Hire up to 50. I think I added like 36 by just running the game for a few seconds to replenish hire list
5. Adjust all of their sliders up on wages and down on hours
6. You win the scenario without spending a dime on all the idle ppl
I got 15% boost from decorations - 10% from reduced hours - 5% from increase in wages.
Every time I recruited for a new building did the above, everything else was then straight forward
I have not tried 15% total bonus.
