Faults in production same as in FM 2018 ?!

I don't know why it is not possible for you to make cheese of sheeps. It is not possible to make goat cheese of sheeps milk. You get sheeps cheese of sheep‘s milk and goat cheese of goat milk. So simpel.
Same fault is given in production in mill. You cannot get black rye malt of wheat. You can get dark rye malt of rye.
Or is it only given in the german translation? I hope, that the mistakes given in FM 2018 will not return in FM 2021.

Another thing concerning translation and german terms: The german word "Stall" is used for storing animals. To store things like "Gras", "Häcksel" and "Gärfutter", the german word "Scheune" instead of "Stall" is used.
